Not much veracity here....Anyway, I am a lifelong Mets fan and have mixed feelings about this trade. His arm may be aging but he brings some spice (southwestern?) to a lifeless franchise. Pedro gets more money, four years and out of Schilling's shadow.I hope the Mets figure a way to get Piazza out of town.
