nutcase34 Posted December 20 Report Share Posted December 20 steam your throat. it will break up alot of the crap on your throat.basically just run hot water in the sink...stick your face in there...put a towel over your head and just breathe in the steam for a few minutes. do it a few times tonite and you should start to feel better.
