They would charge me for a month and a half sometimes for no reason.. they added about $150 to one of my bills one time and I had to call and scream at them to take it off..same here. I would never recieve bills and when I called to get copies, they sent me other people's bills. shut off my phone multiple times for no reason. HAZE Posted January 13 Report Share Posted January 13 I agree with Spragga.Their service is expensive, their phones SUCK, they charge you for INCOMING and OUTGOING text messages, you ALWAYS have to pay for your phones, their "insurance" plan is a fucking joke. Pay $5 a month so you can pay $50 for a new phone when you lose it. Some deal.The only advantage that they HAD over ATT was the reception, but now that ATT and Cingular have merged, their recpeption has greatly increased.And I've had about 6 phones in the past 3 years, and I only paid for one of them.
