djmikedr
In this day n' age of "instant-access, disposable, new-new-new" mentality, What do you consider "new" music? And when is something NOT new any longer?

deepspell
i consider new music 1. somthing that just came out on vinyl cd or mp32. something that is out on promoi would also say that something more than 4-5 months old is not new anymore, yet still playable
sf143125
i dont consider music that just came out on vinyl new at all...it can take an eternity for stuff to get released......id say after 3 or 4 months a track gets old ...i get tired of stuff quick though
deepspell
well not all of us are superstar DJ's and get everything 1 yr in advance of its release date...that is why i would consider a just released vinyl new...
Teknojunkee
Its pathetic this "New" Trend thats out there.Thats what happens when these people on computers get 10,000 tracks per week. Half of the time they dont even listen to the whole songs just browse through them.If you buy a Vinyl that was just released, you play it, you learn every inch of that song, and that, to me...is when a record is old. When you can sit there and know every part of that record, you know that the kick starts on the second beat not the first after that long break.I get alot of music on the computer myself, not gonna lie. But most of the songs I get on here dont mean shit unless its that one banger you never expect. Its not cool to always have "new" music. Its cool to always have really good music.Tek crowina
