um... that makes no sense... i have been to niiki beach and love it, but in the middle of the ghetto? come on... AC is for pimps and hustlers... not for laid back beach fun... besides, isnt it rainy, cold or snowy for like 6 months of the year?

so sad this guy stands to lose such money...

well im not sure how Nikki beach will do down here. this is my first year in Atlantic county and it fuckin blows, lol. theres not shit to do around here but AC or a 50 ride to Philly. but i have seen last summer that the casinos are buildin alot of beach bars. and they all seemed to do really good. thats from what is saw the few times i was there. AC is also puttin in a new shoppin area with Armani and Versace. so other big names stores as well but cant really think of them off the top of my head. i think AC is tryin to change its ghetto look they always had. every year theres a new casino, hotel, club, restaurant or store opening up. so maybe Nikki beach will not do to great the first year but in years to come it would do better with all the changes goin on if it even lasts that long, lol

It's that kind of attitude that gets us nowhere. Sure Jersey sucks in a lot of ways but why put down someone who's trying to improve it. Have you been to the Borgata? That place is beautiful! And guess what, it's causing others casinos to get better too. So, if Nikki Beach is going to open up in AC, then that just means more money and tourism coming into our state.

Now granted, I'm not crazy about the Jersey crowd either (and I live in NJ) but, this could bring in some hip out of towners as well. Maybe even open up some new opportunities for people who want to work there.

my concern is the nikki beach brand... first of all, the word BEACH implies sexy hot in the sun fun... and well, jersey is just not that for 6 months of the year... i love nikki beach, because of what nikki beach is...

i wish them the best of luck, and of course there is hope with any great businessman driving the model, but sometimes you just dont sell ice in alaska, ya know?

I must admit...I also have to agree with everyone else. I just don't see how Nikki Beach would want to be in Atlantic City and then their best location in St. Barths? It is 2 totally different worlds. But, i also must say stranger things can happen. AFterall, they are redevloping Camden of all places. Ghettoville. So, one never knows.

I would also like to know, outside of what casino? :grin3::grin3:
