danielcjoseph
Is this the new generation of bartending? Do owners want more from their bartenders? Every bartender I’ve ever met says that they’re the fastest, but can they do it and look cool? Dario finished second at Legends of Bartending contest in Las Vegas. He made 5 drinks and opened a beer in a minute 12 (1:12), of which a shooter, a frozen drink, and multiple liquor drinks, etc. If each drink is $5 than that's about $25 in 2 minutes (I added some time for the register).http://www.flairbar.com/Pages/Interviews/INTERVIEWS_PAGE/Dario_Doimo.movcheck him out and tell us what you think. davisg
I saw Daniel Joseph bartend last summer. Guy is amazing! These guys take bartending to another level. They train 3 hours a day on Speed, accuracy and entertainment. Sounds weird but they get paid salary and tips at casino's and fly all over the country for competitions. It's a whole other world.
