misk Posted December 24 Report Share Posted December 24 ..sounds to me like they are giving a fancy name to using color to do your highlites.....that's all.....normally bleach would be used folllowed by a toner.....however if u have virgin hair....or areas without color ......a color on the higher level....8-9-10 can be used with a higher volume developer to reach the desired tone..........adding 30 or 40 volume developer will lift u more levels than the usual 20 vol on most colors............bleach is never damaging to your hair if done correctly.......people just freak when they hear the word cause well.......not everyone who does hair should be lol......
