weyes
i guess i have already messed up my resolution ... i did get to the computer on friday and saturday, though - days that i don't work. that's a good step. here's today's column:after experiencing a good customer service call - something that's all too rare these days - it's a nice idea to ask to speak to the worker's supervisor, in order to give praise. people are often eager to complain, so compliments can really make a worker's day, and it also gives the operator points with the boss .tune in tomorrow. sancib
I agree, we need to give praise as often as possible to positive experiences. Maybe they would happen more often.
weyes
That's a little wordy for a fortune cookie. Work on it.if you want a fortune cookie, you've come to the wrong place .and sancib, you're so right. as someone who was in retail for far too long, i certainly appreciated when people weren't assholes; the rarity of it made me want to see if i could drum up those kind of people again .
