twilogoddess
I went twilo sat for Picotto & danced from 2 to 8 non-stop....ahem sober. And my entire body hurts...i'm in agony. I need to stretch before I go to twilo. This doesn't happen when I roll. Does this happen to anyone else? I need painkillers... lol
lolly
One night for PVD I did the same thing. I hurt for about 5 days. I actually went home and when I woke up that evening my mom said, "Have you lost some weight? You look thinner today!"Little did she know that I danced it all off. I think clubbing and dancing definately wack your legs into shape. Good workout!------------------
