weyes Posted March 16 Report Share Posted March 16 my roomie really wanted to go, and we can get on the free guestlist and all, but when we go out he finds that he "needs" to drink, and that costs a lot of moolah. his drink is a double-vodka & red bull, and those things are somewhere between $12 and $16. consider that he drinks at least 4 and always tips well, and that's some dough for someone who's unemployed. and we're going to new york for my mom's b'day next week, so we're trying to save some cash.i'll ask him, though, 'cause i know he really wanted to see blank and jones. if i can find a way to keep him from drinking, perhaps we'll be able to make it.
