diva421d Posted November 11 Report Share Posted November 11 Unfortunately ROXY will NOT be open this Saturday, 11/11/06.Everybody wants to know: Is Roxy closed for good?Too many rumors and not enough facts out there about what is happening to Roxy and New York nightlife!FRIDAY, November 10 , 2006Here is the bottom line:As of today, Roxy has a 50/50 chance of reopening next Saturday, 11/18/06, with DJ PETER RAUHOFER.We expect to know for sure by Monday or Tuesday this coming week.We'll be posting news as we receive them here on the website.We're also looking at other locations where we could move the party to in case Roxy does not come through. mirrorball87 Posted November 12 Report Share Posted November 12 last I heard from (John Blair) and the Roxy crew,it was only going to be 21 and older for (1 month only) either way it is still bullshit,roxy was the only place where I didnt have to hear that tired tacky tasteless pop/hip hop musicit was all house music all night,the way a gay club party should be.Hopefully Roxy does open its doors again and goes back to 18+ or even 19+...I miss tearing up that dancefloor and the sound of that pounding Phazon sound system.New York legislation are a bunch of anti-fun anti-nightlife blowbagsand they shall all rot in hell Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
