danielia
We have wall to wall carpeting on the first floor of our apt. I have decided to rip it out since it's been there for a while and has seen better days. We have pretty decent looking wood flooring under, but most likely in a couple months we will get it re-carpeted so I'm not looking to buff the floors or anything. My question is, the carpet was laid down with staples and these wooden strips at the edges. So far we have been pulling off the strips with a knife and a hammer but I wanted to see if anyone knew an easier way to do it?
