cookie6 Posted February 7 Report Share Posted February 7 We have 4 refrigerated vending machines at work filled with healthy snacks.Fresh fruit cups w/pineapple, watermelon, cantelope, honey dew, and grapesWhole pieces of fruit-banana's, apples, orangesFresh veggie cups w/peppers, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbersCups of hummus to dip the veggies inGranola barsFlavored watersCrystal Light drinksChocolate and Vanilla Silk SoymilksYogurtsGranola cups to add to the yogurtsAll natural peanut butterA variety of trail mixesand some random things here and there. funks0ul Posted February 7 Report Share Posted February 7 we had a soda machine, and then a vending machine that has chips, candy, chocolate, cookies, honeybuns, that sort of thing...not the healthiest..most of the people here are older women (well in the department I'm in, former nurses/techs) and all of them complain about their weight, and how they're gaining weight, yet we have breakfasts almost every week, with muffins, donuts, danishes, homemade dishes, like eggs, sausage, all sorts of other stuff..my company has also started this weight watchers at work thing, where the meetings are at lunch..oh, and on tuesdays and wednesdays, a vendor comes and sells bagels and donuts...coffee, tea, crystal light and all that shit's free... I dont usually drink anything out of it though.Yeah and I love how all of the unhealthy, overweight people bitch and complain about their weight and looks and then make fun of my lunches and snacks everyday.They're always like-"is miss rice and veggies gonna have some real lunch with us today? or are you gonna stick to the rabbit food?"And they love to make fun of the 38793857 cans of tuna in my drawer for some reason.
