weyes
when it rains in southern california, roads are notoriously slick due to oil buildup during the many months without rain. it's important to not just slow down, but to keep both hands on the steering wheel at all times, to keep control of one's vehicle when hydroplaning occurs. when the rainy season starts, in the winter, one should also check his/her tires to make sure there is enough tread to reduce the risk of skidding and hydroplaning.tune in tomorrow.
