weyes Posted February 23 Report Share Posted February 23 one shouldn't assume that the same rules apply at different branches of the same institution (e.g. chain stores, government offices) or at different institutions of the same type (e.g. school libraries v. public). very similar businesses often have very different policies, and one may be surprised at how this can affect people - from simple things like days and hours of operation to more particular options, privileges, and conveniences.tune in tomorrow.what did i learn today? one can renew even overdue books at the orange county public library, and that can be done online! yay!!!
