Just formed a new LLC last week... wish I'd known :'(Real Estate tip of the day...IF wanting to buy pre-construction real-estate, but the contract's NOT assignable... just form an LLC and then sell the LLC to the person, therefore acquiring the assets of the LLC along with the old deskjet printer!!!
