There are 32 NFL teams

Every week you pick one team to win. No point spread, they just have to win.

You only pick one team and one team only each week

You can only use that team once for the whole season.

Thousands join the leagues for money.

The 'kostra nostra" pool my buddies were in were at 350k last year.

Lets say there are 25,000 people in the pool

Each puts in 50 bucks

Total pool is 1,250,000

I'll use last years example

Last year the dolfins opened up agains the expansion texans. About 50% of americans took the fish str8 up vs the texans. The fish unexpectedly lost. Thus the pool is now down to 12,500.

You keep doing this until there is one winner and one only. As far as I know no one has gone all 17 weeks, but if they did the teams would split the money. My friends made it to week 12 with 1500 people left.

The illegal pools are mofia run, and there is no vig or juice, but tipping is "required" if ya know what I mean.

I want to do a vegas online one... So i need links, and google dropped most betting links.

oh yeah....a bunch of friends of mine did it last year. $20 a pop, pool was at $400. then if you lose, you can ante back up and get in again, up until a selected week of the season, i think they did it at week 14.
