Do you have any other tradition(s) during holiday?For instance ever since my son was 3 (now 7) we have been watching Rudolph the Red Nosed Raindeer and Rudolph and the Island of Misfit Toys. We watch the movie anytime a week before Christmas. I also take my son, on the coldest day before the 25th, to Santas' Enchanted Forrest.
