Guest web_norah
Tantra is a lot of talk and no action (food is average)take them to China Grill.or Casa Tua, it is very expensive but a great restaurant Mark's is also pretty good

Guest lulamishka
But on a more serious (on-topic) note....I had fun @ Samurai w/ a group of 12. But that's about as large as they can seat at one table. What about Porcao? Isn't that place good for groups? And don't bother with Sushi Samba. Guest Electric Eel
Yeah I was thinking of recommending Samurai but with 16 you wont fit their biggest table. Porcao would be good too or they just opened The Knife in Coconut Grove which I heard was similar but haven't been to yet.Third place I would say is China Grill, thats good because its family style serving so everyone can have a little bit of everything. Anyone care to comment?Ive been there and have eaten things that are really good and then some not so good. If i remember correctly the calamari salad and the lobster pancakes (i think thats what they are called) are really good, those were my favorites

Guest web_norah
China Grill is pretty cool, food is shared and the cocktails are excellent, it isnt exactly cheap but i wouldnt say outrageous either. it is a good place for groups, music is decent and the wait staff is allright for Miami. (Casa Tua is the mere exception in customer service, they know whats up)

Actually you shouldn't go on a hunger strike there... you should eat big meals for a week beforehand to train your stomach and stretch that bitch out. Then you eat like 2 small portions earlier in the day the night you're planning to go there just to prepare your stomach for the onslaught.Porcao is the sheeit, and the person whose birthday it is gets their meal for free as long as there are at least 3 paying customers with them.
