I really want the ceiling off the little lounge area behind the VIP, where the bathrooms are. Actually, I'll just take that whole room, bar and all.

Rolly ;D

why hasnt anyone said ... the guy who dresses up like a woman at the door hes cool as hell

ugh i forget his name

Shelly Novack...hasn't worked @ Crobar for a while now

Really, how long? I think he was outside Crobar every single time I ever went there. He was always cool to me, but it was funny listening to him give shit to some of the obnoxious people waiting outside.

I would steal the Phazon sound system. That thing is ridiculous.

Depends. It fell out of whack in a hurry when someone wasn't around to maintain it.

1000 @ 8 ohm

2000 @ 4 ohm

I'd say a Dynacord B-6 or B-3 but good luck fitting that in your house. Unless you want to try?

I know a guy who deals Dynacord and I know an EAW dealer. My EAW guy is on the other side of the country, so there'd be a shipping charge.

That's true of any sound system, but I think a lot of people who have travelled and heard all types of sound systems will agree that they don't come much better than the Phazon at Crobar Miami.

I enjoyed that system, certainly. And all systems require someone to keep on top of them. However, the one "inconvenience" of that rig was that an engineer from New York had to fly down and do the tuning and major upkeep.

A moot point nowadays cause Phazon is now a property of Sound Investment AV, which has a very reliable and reputable engineer living in Miami.

What I'm getting at is from an install standpoint, I'd like to have my engineer close at hand. ;D

Well it can take 1500 watts continuos and some huge wattage in mono. EAW is cool..

EAW makes great all around boxes. I was kinda pissy when they got bought by Mackie, since they switched from RCS drivers to Mackie ones, but they've managed to hold up overall.

But definitely worth shelling out the extra bucks for. I tell all aspiring DJs and people who want to own a good sound system to save up their dollars and get something decent like an EAW rig out of the gate.

I deal with EAW/Mackie directly...so just PM me with what it is that you need and I'll point you in the right direction here locally. ;)

What about the half Cuban, half Asian bartender from the little bar downstairs by the side exit? Seems like some club would steal her away. She's been at Crobar for a long time.

Arlene would have been a good pick, too, but I think she left Crobar already.
