ryan2772
two of the people that he killed went to my high school.http://www1.wsvn.com/news/articles/local/MI31610/TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- Danny Rolling will be executed this evening for the 1990 slayings of five college students in Gainesville.Rolling's remaining appeal contends that the chemicals used in Florida's execution process can cause severe pain. It is before the U.S. Supreme Court, which has turned down the same arguments in two other Florida executions this fall. His attorney does not believe he will be able to halt the execution. But death penalty opponents are calling for a closer look at the state's death penalty process. They point to a report released by the American Bar Association last month that raises questions about Florida's death penalty system. The report faulted Florida for allowing juries to recommend death sentences by simple majority rather than unanimous votes.
