On a similar tone, that little synth-bass noise at the beginning of 'Love Bites' needs to be sampled into some sort of epic trance track. Just that 1 second blip though. Don't desecrate the rest of the power ballad. Speaking of which, some dickwad on TV called some alterna-shlock slow rock songs "power ballads".
