Peroni and Newcastle count as unique? Hell, Peroni sponsors half of Miami and I would assume that any decent bar carries Newcastle.

By the way, the most popular beer in any pub in London is Stella Artois, which is actually made in Belgium.

Stella seems to have become the most popular beer almost anywhere i go now. My grandmother is Belgian, she has been drinking that since i can barely remember, its a good thing for her now since it is readily available as before it was hard to find.

OK....so we had 5 pages of Jon and Ramon naming every Prog track from the last ten years. Now we have to keep this going by naming beers for 5 pages??? Surely this has gone too far!

Jon....just play records!

thats one thing about Cowan threads. Great topic. good DJ but he always does the old continue the conversation with somone to keep this thread on the top routine :P

This is a prime example of starting a thread too early. We're no longer talking about a good party. We're no longer suggesting tracks for the party. We're not even calling beers anymore. Now we're talking about Oxy cleaning Pod's fucking tee-shirt? You gotta be kidding me. Soon we start just lame bumping. Sorry Jon.......I'm already tired.

Yeah there's something pretty timeless and magical about those old prog comps... especially the GU and Renaissance stuff.. Digweed's first Bedrock mix is still dynamite to me and fresh as ever... but I find I buy or even listen to fewer and fewer mixes... the Fabric series is cool, but I don't look to them anymore for mixing lessons, perhaps just for track ideas.... Anyone else find this too??

Oh yeah, great booking... gonna be a good party.
