I'd do the same thing if I was in LP's position.Obviously, K&Y has no legal right to stay open past 5am, unless they received any sort of temporary permit from the city. They should change the time on Wantickets to reflect 5am. I'm no expert on Morillo, but I assume he is enough of a draw that they don't need to resort to misleading the public.Space should direct its efforts towards the city, as it may have legal remedies against the city for allowing this venue to stay open past 5am.
