In certain cases, the implants help you look better in your clothes but when you get naked....ugh...They look so silly, these big round mounds just sitting there. There are so many things that can go wrong; if she already has beautiful breasts I wouldn't advise her potentially destroying them.If she's serious tho, your friend definitely needs to do some major research. It's on my mind but is not even an option right now; a good boob job in NY can run up to ten grand. And I personally would only have the best dr to do it... and i would only consider if I was 99% sure they would look and feel damn near perfect.A good option- I forget what they're called, but there's a type of implant that can be modified up to a month or so after surgery. Once the swelling's gone down and the implants have settled, the dr can either put in more saline or take some out, until you've reached the size you desire.Oh, and BTW, when they get those ridges it's called "rippling."
