zinger
I should have known by that stupid "letter" that this loser wrote that this club was not gonna happen. The leased he could have done was post somithing on this board( like he so often did before the supposed opening) that they were not gonna open, so it would have saved people like me and my friends the hour drive from tempts (which was great by the way) and end up in AC with no club nothing. And i heard all the djs they were bragging about was all bullshit. Should have known it was a lie because no djs names were on any flyers that i saw. Even if it does ever open no one will go after this crap. At least i wound up winning 50$ at the casino (since we were there might as well gamble)that was ok. But this nighreally sucked.Anyway, another bullshit club down the drain. See ya at tempts next week! Did it really stay open till 4am?
clubbedlam.com
Due to circumstances above and beyond our control, the liquor license, which the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority owns and is operated by their food and beverage vendor, has been suspended for further investigation for this event. We received this information via our attorney's office only several days ago. We have been working around the clock to prevent this loss. We were also futher screwed by an early closing of 2:30 a.m.! This matter is in the hands of our attorney's. The last thing I wanted to due was hurt the party. Chisel Promotion Events, L.L.C a/t/a Bedlam apologizes to our patrons and friends for any and all inconvenience we have caused... P.S. this shit happens to legitimate owners well too often in the club scene.------------------
gene2k
To answer zinger's question regarding Tempts staying open, we passed it on our walk home from the Bermuda Club around 3:30am on Sunday morning & the lights were on & there was five-oh all over the place but it was still packed, but I did hear that Seaside Heights passed an ordinance allowing clubs/bars down there to stay open until 4am, Bermuda Club was still going when we left around 3, 3:15ish.------------------
Spitfire
Zinger,Next time (if there is one ) check out Studio 6 right down the street from the Sands. Last year it was always a guaranteed good time that went well into the morning (with liquor).------------------
Okee
Or try Deja Vu on New York Ave. I got suckered by the Bedlam B.S. as well but ended up in Deja Vu & had a pretty good time. Left there after 7:00 and it was still decently crowded. Drinks still flowing as well.------------------
mike74
I'm glad the whole Bedlam thing flopped. The only real AC afterhours is Studio Six. TJ the DJ spins hard progressive house and trance til noon every Sunday. And don't waste your time with Deja Vu, unless you're looking for commercial tracks and a lot of guys with cigars standing around on the dance floor.------------------
