The place used to be a 1930's movie theatre, now has turned into an unbelievable niteclub and lounge. The balcony is the Vip section, and beautiful cocktail waitresses cater to your every need. Definately the best Vip section i have ever seen. Its 23+ to get in, so its a big drinking crowd, and dress code is strictly enforced so u know no trash is getting in.
