Produces a very relaxing chill-out effect without draining you of energy.Warning: I've developed tolerance to it within a matter of days (not that I craved it, it just didn't work as well anymore), so don't use it every day or take breaks otherwise.------------------it's funny until somebody gets hurt. and then it's even funnier. kewlgirl Posted April 25 Report Share Posted April 25 yeah, it's supposed to be a mild muscle relaxant and good to take in times of stress. also can be used for those times of insomnia. some say it helps, other's don't...give it whirl..the only other thing i've heard is that if you take too much of it, it has the opposite effect... It's preat great but I also cant hanndle the smell of it (Kinda reminds me of my dog's lip smell when it gets too hot outside..miiighty funky..Yuck!)Try boiling some raw Lavender in a tea kettle and drain it as tea. It smells great and the effect is a mellow sleepy buzz.I use to use that after I got home from Parties to Relax.(you can go to several Herbal and Root shops in China town and look for a batch)just dont let the word get out in the boards that I'm swapping tea rescepies.
