Or if you want a live rock band, go to the Junkyard in Paramus. I think even Metro Lounge has something going on Wed nights too. Other than that, I have no idea. Not in New Jersey anyway.... It is there best night. saturdays are the worst, fridays used to be good last year but wensdays are always out of control.
