you know what they say - be good at using what you got! never been with a lady with only a single tooth - maybe she's got mad skills? she is the cleaning lady....

the heat did suck! i'm actually tired!!! that never happens. skating in the heat yesterday wiped me out - i stopped (no more breeze), realized how fucking hot i was, and had to sit right there and then.

the heat actually gets rid of my aches though - steamroom like...

yo the heat's killing me.

my get up and go gets up and goes,

without me, every morning now that it's so

exhaustingly humid...

i've been reading up on foods/recipes that

supposedly help your body release serotonin

from your brain (yeah, e does that too, but

TOO much - so much that u run dry) as well

as promotes general energy/pep throughout

the day...

here's two recipes:

the key here is fruits & carbs.

fruits for both basic & complex sugars

(basic sugars that break down quick

and give you a quick boost, and complex

for the longer burn rate) and carbs

and sage (rosemary supposedly helps too)

to get your body to regenerate serotonin

(tryptophan becomes serotonin when

it's broken down & used up - so eat

turkey!)
