teklord310 Posted July 29 Report Share Posted July 29 I heard a rumor a few months back about it, but for the first time I saw one. Two undercover officers pulled someone over last night in a Taxi cab. The taxi appeared to be a plain car until they flipped on their strobes and dash mounted lights, along with their spot light. The officers were dressed casually and proceeded to search a car at the corner of 39th and 5th last night. Beware everyone.... they do exist.
