The observation deck was on the second tower hit. I don't think anyone (no matter how fucking moronic you are) would have stayed on the deck after the first plane hit. i don't even think the observation deck is open that early. This person is one stupid sick piece of worthless shit for even thinking of creating this image. He should be taken out back and disposed of.
