trancerxn112 Posted December 24 Report Share Posted December 24 Preload and Postload... preload on Selenium and Magnesium (improves blood flow), Vitamin C (proven to increase immune system), Vitamin B, and 100mg of 5htp 6 hours before clubbing... then Vitamin C and 5htp after the night. 5-htp is a synthetic version of seratonin... it does not replace the neurotransmitter serotnin but instead keep dopamine out of the axon transmitters which get broken down into hydrogen-peroxide...
