phrankadelic
i've personally done 2 myself. quite nervewracking, but the best way to start off is to thank the crowd/party for making it to the wedding and showing the love/support for the bride & groom. that's rule number one. crack a few jokes if possible to easy the tension. try to bring up a few memories. smile often and keep it short and sweet.if u need anything else...let me know. b-side
Talk about the times where you bonded... The things that mean something in life....How happy you are for him....Then a few jokes,Then the final tear jerker and :toast:Hope this helps,DOC~B
djfrosty
And the last line should be...and may all of your ups and downs be between the sheets. No, just kidding. The best toast I have ever heard anyone give is a poem. As the last guy had said.Talk about the times where you bonded... The things that mean something in life.... How happy you are for him.... also compliment the bride! Now make it rhyme and don't forget to include the jokes.

georgeacasta2
thank the crowd/party for making it to the wedding and showing the love/support for the bride & groom and then say "Now, wave your hands in the air and wave like you just don't care and if your mom is from delware everybody say oh yeah" They should repeat the oh yeah part back to you again after that. resident
Uhm, try to encrypt the letters M, D, M, and A somewhere in the finishing line? Or make subtle references to dilated pupils that only the rollers would get? Or find out what kinds of pills they used and regard them as objects or persons kindly? Just some thoughts... I've given up the silly things a while ago but still have warm memories!
shroomy
OK, tonights the night!I wonder how inappropriate it would be to end the toast with.May your days be filled with joy,and your nights be filled with ecstacy.

Instead of giving the traditional dragging boring speech. use this time to set up the "how long do you think this marrigae will last" betting pool draw.guest coming closest to actual date wins the collected money.this will keep thier attention more
