shroomy Posted January 20 Report Share Posted January 20 Simply take one or two (20 or 40mg) as soon as posible after you roll. If you could remember to take it right after your peak of your last pill it would be best. The longer you wait, up to 5 hours, the less benifit you will get. After 5 hours, forget about it.
