Also, the base coming from the speakers was really hitting me hard in the stomach. I have done one but usually I eat good meal for about like 4 hours before I take one. So, all and all, NEVER EAT AND POP AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!!!!!!THanks you all for responding.
