I TRULY BELIEVE THEY ARE SITTING ON A SEED THAT'S ABOUT TO BLOOM INTO A SOUND NY ISN'T GONNA BE ABLE TO IGNORE ANYMORE. IT'S STILL HARD TO BELIEVE THAT IN A CITY LIKE NY (FOUNDED ON SO MANY DIVERSE CULTURES AND SO MUCH TALENT) ONE STILL CAN'T FIND A DESCENT SIZE CLUB WITH A GREAT SOUNDSYSTEM THAT OFFERS YOU ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES HOUSE AND TRANCE. Well, ALL THAT'S ABOUT TO CHANGE IN A VERY BIG WAY AND THESE CATZ ARE ABOUT TO LEAD THE BREAKBEAT REVOLUTION. WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM YOUR OLD PAL MUGZ, CCD, CP AND A FEW OTHER BREAKS HEADS WE ARE ABOUT TO LAUNCH A VERY COOL NIGHTIN A LOCAL NY VENUE WITH A SOUND SYSTEM THAT WILL FINALLY GIVE THIS SOUND JUSTICE. MORE TO COME ON THIS GREAT EVENT (WHICH WILL MORE THAN LIKELY KICK OFF IN LATE FEBRUARY) MIKE AND THE CREW WILL CONTINUE TO HOLD THEIR WEEKLY BITTER SWEET BREAKS NIGHTS IN WILLIAMSBURG AND CARA (MISS-BLISS) WILL BE STARTING UP HER OWN PARTY CALLED BIG APPLE BREAKS ON THURSDAYS AT A BRAND NEW VENUE IN THE CITY!WHAT A BETTER TIME TO LIVE IN NEW YORK! I have been waiting (I almost gave up!!) patiently for a breaks nite in NY. Count me in at any venue in the city I will be there. BTW have you guys heard about a breaks nite called 100% Wool??
