As I'm walking to the ATM I see a bunch of people just standing around staring... there were police everywhere... there was a portion of the sidewalk taped off and an armored truck parked off to the side. Have no idea what's going on. Over heard people saying that there were some gun shell casing on the ground etc... didn't see any blood or anything... but police everywhere... taking pics etc... (macys' midtown). he escaped in the subways but the cops found him later on. he admitted that was his goal -- to plow over ppl. fuct up,right?
