I paid $140.00 for the block of 6 games. I can only go to the 2 last d.r games and I just sold my ticket for the opening game (dr v venez) for $210. I want to get a digital SLR camera for under $500. Hes on SIRIUS not XM... btw - I've had it for 2 month allready and I am really NOT impress with their music programming. I've listened to the Hip Hop stations and the only good one is the oldchool one, their latin stations are ok (not that dif from local miami radio) they do have a kick-ass reggea station but their 5 electronica stations are a huge Disappointment. They only thing I listen to on a regular basics is their comedy stations , talk stations and now Howard.

Ok then, so what options do I have if I want to stay in my apartment after loosing power if I can use a generator?

My plans are to run the generator during the day, make some ice, charge some heavy dutty batteries and at night TURN it OFF and run a fan from the batteries and some lights to keep the place bright. Have you hear if this law is actually enforced after a hurricane? I highly doubt it. About the dangerous fumes, I own a duplex and there are no other apartment as high as my apartment... I remember when I was a kid in Santo Domingo everybody had a generator in their balconies and I never hear of any accidents related to this...

Quick question to all the legal heads in the board. Is it illegal to have a generator in the balcony of an apartment? I am thinking of getting a small and VERY quite generator (53 to 58 decibels) to use in my condo for the next time the city lose power but some people have told me that it's illegal to do so. I think 58 decibles is pretty quiet, what do you guys think?

What I do to really get whats going on with the world is that I watch FOX news on MUTE while i listen to NPR on the radio - ;D They kinda balance eachother out, you guys should try it.

What’s the big deal? Those guys are super athletes, if you give steroids to a regular dude he won’t be able to even BUNT a ball pitched by Pedro Martines! With all that’s wrong in this country do you really think the government should be wasting tax dollars on hearing committees about steroid use? Ok, so we don’t want kids in high school to start using steroid. I will tell you this, if a kid in high school is using steroids that means that he is playing in an organized sport and not wasting his afternoons watching MTV, playing PS2 or smoking weed. btw - I LOVE baseball love to play it, love to watch it!!!

Bird Bowl - tables are in good shape - not regulation - not a trendy place but you get the best value for your $ - is like 9 an hours, flat no extra for more players - its a straigh up lil pool place (bird west of 87th ave) never a long wait Dave and buster - brand new tables, cues and balls - i think is like 12 an hour plus extra for the players - nice place, you can actually eat ther and get nice drinks - if you are a real player and dont care about any glitter Bird Bowl is the place...
