okay...if you can't afford to get yourself into a club once in a lifetime for 20 bucks and afford to buy urself a few drinks...that maybe u shouldn't be going to those clubs that charge cover and high price drinks in the first place. By now most of us people here(as in this forum), know a handfull of people that have some type of network relation w/ the nightlife industry here in miami...that being said, most dont pay cover...but if you know you're gonna have a great time being w/ ur friends, the dj, the venue, or whatever it may be than the cover charge is not such a big deal.

next time smile at her alex...trust me it works...esp when she's trying to be snotty...if u want i'll even introduce you next time other than that i dont go to prive, mansion, mynt bs clubs that u must have leather pants and a bottom up shirt w/ the first 3 bottons open exposing ur unshaven chest hair...

Aventura is the place....u dont have to live a hour away just to go party...u can but thats a choice u'd have to make...ive lived all over miami, sobe, and b4 i moved to orlando i was living in Aventura...and that had to be the nicest place out of miami, clean, no homeless, there arent that many tourists, traffic is okay, only 15mins to sobe/downtown, everything is also close by, Aventura mall is also very nice. Deff check it out. Ps...im talking about East Aventura now im here in o-town...true suburbs
