Def should do more weights with less reps.. Max out.. Less weight with more reps is more when you have some size and want to shape or cut up .. check out www.elitefitness.com their boards have the most fitness shit I have EVER seen

I did the atkins for a while and a lot of people I work with are HARDCORE fitness people they are really against fruit if you trying to lose weight... shred up

the diesel sample sale is perhaps the WORST experience ever.. We went this year in manhattan.. it swas in the absolute cold.. We had to wait in a line for over an hour. Had to all keep buying coffee etc jsut to stay decently warm.. got in .. now this was the first day, first opening and they had nothing.. everything was ugly or shitty or ripped and prices were still expensive

The few times that I have been drug tested I have come up fine even though i had "experienced" lately. Best advise I would give is to just drink lots of fluid and help your body flush things outs. whens the test? What company has testing after hire??

China Club sucks.. There are a million guestlists everwhere for it... I think CP has one actually. Its really expensive too.. I always felt it was a very tourist or older crowd. Its the kinda place your friends parents have been to.

sessa's a great time but man do they bleed your wallet dry.. Dunno if they still but a few weeks ago they let you smoke in the downstairs lounge only stopping it about once every two hours... haven't been back since though
