it was a fabulous show, and definitely a hot ticket. David LaChapelle directed the video to open the event, starring Amanda Lepore, and Paris Hilton was one of the many gorgeous models to walk. Richie and his partner Traver founded Heatherette earlier this year. They are responsible for the "Carrie" shirt in the ads for Sex & The City, and have dressed Britney, Lil Kim, Gwen Stefani, Backstreet, N*sync, Missy Elliott, Steven Tyler. It's fantastic. Also saw another former club kid, Matthew (can't spell his last name) and his line Polish, in the tents (he was known then as Angel)

the mirror ball that was at twilo was always at twilo, back when twilo was SF. at least for the past 13 years or so that I remember. don't think it was ever at LL. when LL was originally closed, why would gatien "give" it to junior? junior was never a resident at LL. gatien never gave squat away -- just kept recycling all the furniture and fixtures at his clubs.
