I am going to vote against all of oyu and say NO. I think she wries good, and has some knowledge on what she is talking about. Just cause YOU don't agree with her doesnt mean she is on drugs. Todd thats for posting those video's. They gave me goose bumps. I agree with Miss Kittie, Paladium was the bomb. The stairs all lit up when you walked in and the theater seating, alot of bad stuff happened up there. I missed the tunnel in its hey day. I started going the end of 1996, so I really missed its prime, but even though I started there late it was still great times. Remeber 27th St in its day with Twilo and Tunnel on one street, it was ALWAYS packed. I saved the best for last, Limelight. It was (for me) very hard to get in, but once I did it felt like I was in a different world. The inside had SO MANY different kinds of people. Everyone was nice and friendly, and you really could DO anything you wanted in here. I seen people sniffin glue to people smoke out of crack pipes. My favorite part of the night was @ 3am,the hardcore power hour, the place went NUTS great times indeed.

Well not to jump in here but he was NO angel. It says he was involved with an armed robbery. He was also part of a know crew "The Bath House Boys" It makes me happy cause he turned on his "friends" and put alot of them away to save his own ass. It turns out he gets 10 years. I think they have a new venue all ready, they are keeping it real hush hush. They will probaly announce (I am guessing) it at the closing party. Sad to say that Danny is moving to Miami. NO more of just heading over to Arc on a Friday nite, knowing you were going to have a good nite. He has said he will come up to NYC and do a monthly. He also said he will come up for Special Nights. I might be moving to Miami in Sept (big maybe) but if I do I will be there at his weekly if he has one.

I got arrested when I was tripping on 3 hits of Acid. All the wanted posters in the police station looked like people I knew. They asked me how many times I was arrested before and I couldnt answer them and they were like "See what this does to you?" They were holding the 2 joints I was arrested for, they never knew I was trippin.

Some of you are right, they do go to other places. BUT the other places DONT tolerate drugs. GO to Arc on a Friday nite. There are plenty of SF people in there and they do their drugs BUT the bouncers are always watching. Every week alot of people get throwin out for doing something stupid. It does start with the club and their security if there are no searches or the rules are not enforced then shit gets crazy. It sounds like Black wasnt ready to handle it last week, it sounds like this week they stepped up and started doing their jobs. It also up to the indivaual, maybe if everyone went out and didnt worry about their drugs and put all the effort into dancing and being friendly than maybe the placewould be open longer. Shit I am NO angel, but I can go out and enjoy MUSIC with out putting something up my nose or drinking from a little cap.
