  1. This isn't the WMC, it's someone riding the coatails of them. Regardless, there will be parties the whole week, but check wmcon.com for official dates to be announced sometime today. (22-26 they should be)

  3. The room that I saw last year seemed ALOT nicer than were I stayed (@ The Viscay). I knew a few people who stayed there last year, who are staying there again this year. AND< the location is awesome. Across the street from the beach and there was always something going on there, so it was a good spot for everyone to meet up for a drink or two before we went out.
  4. Checked Sidestep and found as low as 227.31 on Spirit from LGA to FLL 3/23-3/28 (Wed-Mon) and 235 on AA from JFK to MIA with about the same prices for Wed-Sun
  5. SO is it the same at the PPV one? Is it worth getting?
  6. I personally wouldn't chance booking there unless you have a back up. What if they decide to close down the week before you're set to go?
  7. I'm staying at the Clevelander. I spent most of my time there after the beach and before going out at nite. It's RIGHT across the steet from the beach, they ALWAYS had good pool parties. Even if you don't stay there to hang out, it's a good meeting place. I saw a friends room there and I didn't think they were crappy, but the only other place I had to compare it to was the Viscay which was smaaaaaaaaaal and we called the manager 'daddy' cause he kept an eye on us and we flet like we had to sneak around.
  8. It's 16.39 on Overstock.com including s&h
  9. The 27th is Easter Sunday so ALL flights will be jacked. It's ALWAYS more expensive to leave on a Sunday but being that it's a holiday as well, it's even more. Try getting an early Monday AM flight and it will cut the price by at least 100 bucks. Also, check sidestep.com
  10. Jet Blue ROCKS. They've got a great track record when it comes to being on time. I've even been on flights that they've left early and arrived early, left late and STILL arrived on time or early. And the TV's ease up my anxiety of take off and landing.
  11. If your going for the sake of just partying, don't bother registering.
  12. Oakenfold will be @ Crobar on Thanksgiving night. Nothings on his site about the eve yet.
  13. He's playing at the Lunatarium in Brooklyn http://bbs.clubplanet.com/showthread.php?t=234683
  14. Satellite NY has tickets for sale. I've wrote some e'mails to UltraFest re: bags and cameras and this is their replies: ----- Original Message ----- From: <lyneday> To: "Info Ultra Music Festival 2" Sent: Monday, March 01, 2004 5:12 PM Subject: Bags and cameras I've read in various places that bags aren't allowed. Could you please confirm this. Also, do you allow still cameras? And lastly, will tickets be available at the door and if so, for how much? Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance! Lynda ----- Original Message ----- From: Info Ultra Music Festival 2 Date: Monday, March 1, 2004 7:36 pm Subject: Re: Bags and cameras Correct, Bags and backpacks will not be allowed---woman's standard purses will be! Non-professional cameras will be permitted and tickets will be available at the door at the increased rate of $75.00 (Disposable cameras will also be sold at the Festival) Ultra 6 is going to be BIGGER AND BETTER than ever before--see you there! Best Wishes, UMF ----- Original Message ----- From: <lyneday> To: "Info Ultra Music Festival 2" Sent: Monday, March 01, 2004 9:55 PM Subject: Re: Bags and cameras Thank you so much._ I just wanted to clarify that a digital still camera was allowed because I've been hearing all different answers from different people and figured it was best to go straight to the source. Two more questions, has Ultra Fest sold out in the past?_ And finally, would it be OK if I posted your reply re: cameras and bags on some message boards that people are asking the same questions? Thanks again, Lynda ----- Original Message ----- From: Info Ultra Music Festival 2 Date: Tuesday, March 2, 2004 11:36 am Subject: Re: Bags and cameras Lynda, That would be great and we appreciate your support. Digital cameras are not acceptable, but a still, non-professional, photo camera is. Also, there will be tickets for sale the day of the event at the increased rate of $75.00. No backpacks or bags of any kind please except for a standard woman's purse. Hope this helps! Ultar 6 is going to be BIGGER AND BETTER than ever before--see you there! Best Wishes, UMF
  15. IT's a bit outdated, but better than caling 100+ hotels like I did to get this list: The following are places with availabilty. I just called them 2/15 and asked for 3/5-3/8. Most places I called are booked Sat 3/6 so I'd say it's a safe bet that the ones listed would have availbility during the week if they have availability on Saturday.
