why did you live in Kiev for 6 years? are you from there?

yes NYC is an exciting place but people who live outside nyc are not 'kidding' i've lived everywhere in my life and each place has its own charm and fun spots.. for instance FL and VA lack much excitements that NYC has but at the same time, other states like FL and VA have more friendly people, better living conditions and better looking women. NYC is different, 20 or 30% of people in NYC were born overseas, about 3 out of 10 people don't speak proper english. and it's not necessarily reflect the typical american society. but i must say NYC has been the most intersting place to live.

im corresponding with several 18-20 yr old girls from Ukraine.. they are all stunningly beautiful unspoiled and deliciously young and desperate to come to america. im thinking of marrying one...it's time for me to settle down and marry since i will be 30 soon. some of my friends say they wanna marry you because they want to get green card well thats fine with me.. we all marry for a certain need.. im happy i have come up with a major decision... haha.. has anyone been to ukraine? i have to go there to meet my potential brides.. im a bit nervous to go there because of the mafia and shit.

i am not worried about the leg work because bmw clutch is very smooth. what im worried about is in manhattan these crazy cab drivers cut u off al the time and you have to be ready, when u drive stick you might have less control of the steering wheel.. i remember the good ol' days when i lived in VA, i had a honda prelude 5sp and the roads were wide open.. but i must admit driving in mahattan is kinda fun on its own. its like playing a game.

im sick of my suv and i might trade it with a bmw with 5speed stickshift.. only thing that worries me is driving in manhattan.those of you who drive stick in the city do you have troubles passing and avoiding collisions in manhattan?

anyone familiar with e.rutherford, especially the river renaissance condos? i might move there.

if you floss your wisdom teeth and have good hygine habit you wouldn't need to take it out.

can anyone refer me GOOD lasik surgeons in ny area? please share your experiencs with lasik surgery, the cost, the sideeffects etc.

why would you get towed when you park in a pay garage. there are millions of garages in nyc.. most are about $20 for 2hrs.

do what i do, run an adult website. i work 10hrs a week and make 10 grands a month. can't beat that.. but the downside is it's hard to tell people exactly what i do especially when you have conservative family and friends.

it's good for the city and all of us. i m just fed up with cig smokes, i'd rather smell pussy fart than cig smokes. i can't believe a civilized city like NY still allows people to smoke in public. outlaw smoking in public!

THe plane that crashed in PA was indeed shut down by a Jet in a middle of nowhere so that it won't crash in DC. THe plane that crashed in Queen is probably a terrorist attack. Obviously the Gov't isn't stupid enough to acknowledge the facts for peoples sakes...

you can love brooklyn but it's probably the county with worst and oldest homes in the nation.. not to mention the rats..cetain parts fo bensonhurst or brooklyn hts are ok though.

i've been looking for houses past 6months or so and houses in SI are definetely cheaper (also newer and better) than most areas of Queens, Edgewater-ft lee area, Nassau and Brooklyn.

exactly how is NJ cheaper than SI?? home property taxes are much chaper in NYC than NJ.

i wondered why the homes in Staten Island are much cheaper, better and newer than homes In queens or Brooklyn.. it's not just the distance it's the smell.. well too bad.

thanks for all your honest answers. i thought about moving to SI because many homes are newer and less expensive than other boroughs and the property taxes are very low(for $300K house taxes are around $1800 in NYC as opposed to $6000 in Long island or NJ). well im reconsidering it. i have a very sensitive nose. it's kinda a shame because i think Staten Island has the best looking homes. i think i will move to NJ instead.

you mean it stinks in great kills(On Hylan Blvd near the ocean) during summer too? sh*t.

LOL..actually the smell comes from New Springville. thats where the Fresh Kills park and the SI malls are.. but the area is very nice with many new townhomes and nice shoping centers. i was gonna buy a home there but the smell and the apporximity to the trash field turned me away.
