  1. You should have seen it man. I was there with Chris and Robyn and crew, Kim, Nick, hell even Brian came for his first time...granted he stood there pouting and left screaming that Tsettos owed him $10 but made the best of it! lol Too funny. We were sick of Surf and were all off yesterday, so had to go somewhere...Tempts it was! As for Rapture...oh yeah... the night i laid my eyes on you felt everything around me moved got nervous when you looked my way but you knew all the words to say and your love slowly moved right in all this time oh my love where you been? mi amore don't you know my love i want you so sugar you make my soul complete rapture tastes so sweet la la la la la la la
  2. Definitely...what memories that song brings... 17 Again Yay though we venture through The Valley of the stars You and all your jewelry And my bleeding heart Who couldn't be together And who could not be apart We should’ve jumped out Of that airplane after all Flying skyways overhead It wasn’t hard to fall And I had so many crashes That I couldn't feel At all... And it feels like I’m seventeen again Feels like I’m seventeen Times might break you God forsake you Leave you burned and bruised Innocence will teach you What it feels like to be used Thought that you’d done everything You didn’t have a clue And it feels like I’m seventeen again Feels like I’m seventeen Looking from the outside in Some things never change Hey hey I'm a million miles away Funny how it seems like yesterday ... All those fake celebrities And all those viscous queens All the stupid papers And the stupid magazines Sweet dreams are made of anything That gets you in the scene And it feels like I’m seventeen again Feels like I’m seventeen Sweet dreams are made of this Who am I to disagree I travel the world and the seven seas Everybody's looking for something Yea
  3. Oh and if ANYONE has the lyrics to "Rain" I'll take them too. NOBODY seems to really know what they are saying in that song. addaboy
  4. Anyone have the words to "Tell Me Who It Was" by Tamia and "Absolutely Not" by Deborah Cox? Please post them. Thanks. addaboy
  5. If you're talking about the one when David first goes to the club and takes a pill....that song is called "Bullet In A Gun" JP used to play it at Factory a ways back. addaboy
  6. From the NY Times. I guess I know who most of the city clubbers will be voting for! lol http://www.nytimes.com/2001/07/31/nyregion/31BOLD.html?searchpv=nytToday New Milieu for a Fund-Raiser By JAMES BARRON JUNIOR VASQUEZ is an influential house-music D.J. whose home base used to be Twilo, the Chelsea club that law enforcement officials and MAYOR RUDOLPH W. GIULIANI labeled a public nuisance in 1998. The city won a three-year fight in May when the Appellate Division of the State Supreme Court ordered Twilo to hand over its cabaret license, effectively putting the club out of business. Now Mr. Vasquez — who performed at the Tunnel, another club plagued by drug arrests, in the 1990's — has a new gig: MARK GREEN'S campaign for mayor. Mr. Vasquez is scheduled to perform at a fund-raiser for Mr. Green on Aug. 14, at xl, a new gay bar in Chelsea. Mr. Green has already signaled that he would be less aggressive than Mr. Giuliani was in going after nightclubs. In May he said that he supported cracking down on clubs where there are "credible reports" of drug use or under-age drinking. But he also said he would try to balance the needs of neighborhoods with what he called the clubs' economic benefits. While Mr. Vasquez has never been associated much with politics, he is a symbol of late-night life in New York. "He was a D.J. at Twilo, not an owner of Twilo — he just worked there," a Green campaign spokesman said, "and he's quite a popular D.J."
  7. *applause* Now we're getting somewhere! Well said. addaboy
  8. AMEN. I often wonder if I'm really the only person in the club that's not looking to get anger and aggression out with all that dark/evil shit that many DJs are spinning now. I couldn't agree with you more.
  9. That's really more the point of this post. Not to complain about $10. Hell Factory/Twilo VIP cards used to mean something, but then went out when they started charging you even with them. Same should happen down the shore. addaboy
  10. I so agree. One word for this kids..... SHADY!!!! addaboy
  11. Well, sometimes we all go places that we don't love b/c our friends want to go...I know I'm not the only one that has ever done that. Also, with all the HYPE that I hear on this board, I wondered if my experiences were just OFF nights and decided to keep my mind open and give him another shot. Easy as that. addaboy
  12. It's the old Club Bermuda in Seaside Heights, NJ.
  13. Is it just me or has anyone noticed that even with a VIP card, you ALWAYS pay at least $10 to get in? I thought the back says FREE ADMISSION on regular nights??? The bouncer at the door was questioned about it being a special event and he replied, "Nah, it's just a regular night." He was then corrected by another worker saying..."You're supposed to say it's a special event." Hmmmm.... Has any Sunday been free lately? addaboy
  14. Well, with today off and Surf Club winding down, even I decided to check out Tempts this past Sunday. I know I've had my opinion of Tempts in the past but must say that I really was kind of excited to go last night. I hear all the rave reviews that it gets here on the board, so walked in with an open mind and eager to have a good time...for a change! Well, it was my first time there this year and I must say that I was pretty disappointed with the night. First off the crowd was pretty sparce, but expected that for a Sunday...most people do work on Monday. Didn't seem to be any real vibe in there (most people on the dancefloor really weren't really dancing...well maybe just those big guys that were twirling like ballerinas...and I mean that literally) and alot of really messy drunks...saw one kid fall on the dancefloor and these three girls trying their best to hold themselves up right near us. The music...now I'm not a big Denny fan by any means, so don't hear him too often, but is he always so TRIBAL? Most of the songs that he played, my crew and I couldn't identify (and yes, we do know music), but did hear him play the new Abigail and did hear Valio's "Rapture" twice? I would have to say that was the two highlights. The rest seemed to be kind of boring. No dance circles, etc. Finally bounced at like 2am and left a little unsatisfied. Granted, this was Sunday and not speaking for Saturday nights...I'm assuming they are way different??? Anyone? And finally, this post wasn't meant to bash, just to provide a conflicting POV. Some pals of mine that were there that usually go, swore that it was just an off night and they too left early and very disgusted. I would love to hear what some Sunday night regulars thought of the night. addaboy
  15. Are you kidding? Danny T., Hex Hector, JP, Razor and many other DJ's do post on various message boards to give back to their fans. So they know they are on their minds and to keep them updated with things they might be working on. Your own personal issue is one thing, but can't put Jay down for that. If anything....MAJOR PROPS to him for letting us know. What's pathetic is you taking what obviously seems like private business and airing it on a message board...at least use your real name. Now that's PATHETIC. Keep it real Jason!! Screw everyone else. addaboy
  16. Yup, I'll be there. Can't wait. Getting rave reviews. Did you see her in today's NYPost? She's looking jacked! Damn good for a 43 year old mother of two. addaboy
  17. Friday hit up Merge for a little while. From 11 - 2am. Place was empty, but not for lack of trying from the DJ. Richie (I think?) was really good. Track after track, old and new....great job. Saturday hit up XS and for the short time I was there...props again to Teo T. Great tunes. Love that ATB track.
  18. Yep, that's the price. As for str8 people there, yes there are some, but if you're a guy you better be real comfortable with your sexuality. If you're squeemish about gays, etc...then might not be the best night for you to try it out. addaboy
  19. Nope was Eddie Baez. I still have no idea why he even plays that song. Drives me nuts! addaboy
  20. I can listen to that song on repeat all day!!!! You will always be my baby I'm always thinking of you, Baby Yeah Touch me in the morning And last thing at night Keep my body warm, Baby You know it feels right Take a little higher I'm thinking it too (too) Tell me what you're feeling I feel it with you We can only understand what we are shown How was I supposed To know our love Would grow? Move a little closer Things sure are looking up Heal me with your loving I need you so much I need you so much I need you so much Hey-ey-ey Oooh Oooh, oooh We can only understand what we are shown How was I supposed To know our love Would grow? You touch my mind In special places My heart races with you I'll take your love And I'll take my chances I'll take them with you We can only understand What we are shown How was I supposed To know our love Would grow? You touch my mind In special places My heart races with you

    ID???

I was alone thinking I was just fine I wasn't looking for anyone to be mine I thought love was just a fabrication a train that wouldn't stop at my station Home alone, that was my consignment solitary confinement so when we met, I was skirting around you I didn't know I was looking for love until I found you (the chorus is obvious and I can't be bothered to type it all...) Cause there you stood, and I would Oh I wonder could I say how I felt, and not be misunderstood. A thousand stars came into my system I never knew how much I really missed 'em. Slap on the map of my heart you landed I was coy but you made me candid. And now the planets circle around you I didn't know I was looking for love till I found you... (chorus) So we build from here with love the foundation in a world of tears one consolation. And now you're here, there's a full brass band, playing in me like a wonderland. And if you left I would be two foot small, and every tear would be a waterfall. Soundless, boundless, I'll surround you, I didn't know I was looking for love until I found you Just didn't know...

    Anal

Anal sex is much more prone to bleeding (even microscopic tears) than vaginal. That's why people find that it will transmit disease more easily. Remember to use alot of lube in order to help prevent any tears (or screams for that matter! lol). Just be smart and safe (always wear protection) and you should be fine. addaboy
  23. I so agree. These are the best questions to ask. Trust me...lord knows...I really don't wanna know about people that someone I am interested has slept with. Remember "Clerks"? 37 blowjobs!! Mental pictures are killer! addaboy
  24. Yeah, they can be cool, but really have to get over those inhibitions. Actually, never been to one SOBER I have to admit. Went to Hedonism in Jamaica and was a prude all day with my pals, but by the time the night came about and I was messy....all for the nude hot tubs, beach, pool, etc. Very cool experience. There's the nude beach in NJ down in Sandy Hook and also one out in LI if not mistaken. Only been to Sandy Hook and usually we're the youngest guys down there, but there are some other kids, etc. Some pervs staring, but as long as the water's not cold...got nothing to be ashamed of here! *grin* Go for it...have some drinks, and try it. addaboy
