ok, just asking, i know last time i was in vegas i wore black/red suede pumas to rain and they let me right in. i'll wear shoes this time just to be safe.

since ice is more of a dance club...house/techno/rave scene....do u still have to get dressed up, or are sneakers and some athletic pants allowed????

i wanted to get the charisteas jersey, but the place that i got it from (www.sportarena.gr) wasnt offering the jerseys with the authentic adidas numbers on them (they could only screen the numbers at their shop...which isnt the same i think). so i got a blank jersey with no number on it. still looks way nice. and u cant really blame them, those shirts were sold out all over the planet (trust me, i looked everywhere!), everyone and their mother was trying to get one.

ive stayed at the regular mandalay many times before...this will be my first time staying at thehotel. mandalays my fav place, it always has a great crowd at night, and its nice and peaceful during the day...since its at the end of the strip, u dont get all the pedestrian traffic. its a late 20's/early 30's upscale crowd, its kinda pricey so that keeps all the rif-raf from staying there. im so psyched, every suite there has 3 plasma tvs in them!!!! party at my room!!!!!!

tabu's an "ultra-lounge".....i prefer big clubs. do they place house at tabu????

im there that same time (sep 9 -14) and staying next door to you guys (at thehotel@mandalay)....my agenda so far (with great input from bille and his awesome posts ) is... thursday late...studio54/curve/tangerine friday....body english, then drais saturday...ice, then drais late sunday...hard rock pool party monday... recover!!!!!!

bill le; are tangerine and curve, clubs (ie, tall ceilings, big dancefloor, lots of bars) or more of a lounge (low ceilings, more intimate environments) sort of places? (or as they call them in vegas...'ultra-lounges )

heres a recommendation....wait till i get to vegas in 4 weeks when i was last in lv i found studio54 to have the widest range of ages...at the beginning of the night it absolutely sux...playing music from the 70's and 80's, but later on (around 1 or 2ish) they played some really great stuff.

i wouldnt exactly go by what the pics on the site show. hard rock is known to hire modes/strippers/hookers....whatever u want to call them...to just go to the parties to make them look good.
