i used to use it and found it hard to quit it....but glad i did, thats some potent stuff. any opinions on them banning ephedra (ie; ripped feul, xenadrive, stacker...)???????

since an ipod is a hard disk, doesnt it skip when u run???? i prefer flash based mp3 players...'iriver' has some awesome ones out now that dont skip at all and are the size of a lipstick.

looking for a new gym...what are everyones favs? ive been to ballys on queens blvd (both locations) and wasnt too impressed. ive been to the ymca near the qb bridge and laughed when i saw it. anyone know of any good ones near astoria/forest hills/sunnyside. hows bqe? gold's in astoria (near the theater)? i really liked the gyms in brooklyn (bensonhurst/bay ridge area) but theyre too far for me to travel every day. i prefer a BIG weight room with not too many people....nice ladies are also prefered

foundation room is open to the public on sundays...30 bucks at the door service industry is still sundays at hob....didnt go when i was there, dont really like that place much. 7 guys going to drais?....best of luck, drais will be nearly impossible with that much sausage

im a born and raised new yorker and there is no way that i can ever move out of the nyc area (jersey, conn, li). no other place in america has as much culture as nyc. vegas, nice place to visit but no way would i ever live there.

4 guys? get there early (before 4am) or be prepared to either wait or lose some cash to the door guy. i figure 2 c-notes will suffice for your group...but like i said MUCH better to get there early and save some cash for booze. that palce is well worth it.

drais is only open thurs/fri/sat. doors open at 12. and yes, its easily the best music out there.

thursdays is hip-hop night at ra...it was ok, not my thang. rain was playing hip-hop on friday too....once again, not my thang. but if u like it, go for it. rain is a pretty impressive place.

dont expect to hear good music in vegas...thats something ive learned to expect out there. poor westcoasters dont have a clue. drais is ok though, too bad the place sucks...its a fookin restaurant for pete's sake!!!!! ra on wednesdays and ice any day is suppose to play good music.....i didnt get a chance to check out ra on wednesday, but ice was a nice place...though somewhat empty. if u wanna have fun, go to studio 54 on a saturday. music was so-so (after they stopped playing that 70's crap) but the place had a nice vibe.

i was just there this past monday, rumjungle is ok...dont expect too much as it was a bit of a sausagefest though. but foundation room was cool....30 fookin bucks to get in. if youre staying at mandalay you could shmooze the front desk into giving u free passes (thats what i did) not much goin on out there on mondays.

roulette..though the odds are horrible, its quick and fun. blackjack if i have HOURS to kill.....since thats how long it takes to make any money. and if i have a big bankroll, craps...since that can be a pretty pricey game to play with lots of swings in your profit/loss.

hard rock sucks azz!!!! they pay pretty girls to hang out there to make it seem like the 'hot spot'.
