  1. Salinas and Sa Trincha are on the same stretch of beach. And, by the way, if you walk down Salinas to Sa Trincha, don't go past there. You WILL see fat people, naked fat people. Not a pretty sight. Lost my lunch. As for S+D, I have the exact same problem. They are always so amazing in Ibiza, and I end up being disappointed in Twilo. That's why I don't go anymore. To Twilo, that is. Nothing short of war would keep me away from the closing parties in Ibiza.
  2. I saw Oakey at Bowery ballroom and there was no dress code. I've been to concerts at Roseland, and I have never seen a dress code enforced.
  3. Let me help you out. The season runs from the second week of June through the end of September. Don't get me wrong, because I LOVE this island, but that's the only time you should go. Only one club is open year-round, and that's Pacha. The exception was for the Y2K parties. Also, the headlining DJs rarely show up in the off months. My suggestion for your first trip: go to the opening parties (first week) or the closing parties (last two weeks). The DJ lineup/schedule for the entire summer is usually published in late May. You always want to make sure you see at least one of your favorite DJs working the decks. Hit the opeing or closing parties, and you'll get the creme de la creme. Example: Last year's closing parties - Paul Oakenfold (Home@Space), John Digweed (renaissance@Pacha), Paul Van Dyk (Cream@Amnesia), Erick Morillo (Ministry@Pacha), just to name a few. Enjoy!
