  1. Well I guess I fall under the negative

A-list response you gave. Even though I do throw she-she parties where models and model wannabees regin, I must defend myself.

I promote the spirtiuality of the event. My partners and I design our parties to be like no other party you will ever attend again.

We bring in live dance acts, music acts, and the occasional fire eaters.

I know what you are saying when you talk about the A-list scene. Just know that there is a group of us out there who have begun to really stir things up.

For those of you who have been to our parties since the WMC, you know what I mean.

We are the future in NYC trendy club scene. Stop by and check it out, you will see what I mean.

  2. E-rock as I wrote to you once before. In NYC we look good and we're not afraid to pay big $$$ for Phat clothes.

Here we have either bottom of the barrel (Wal-Mart, Target, Kohl's, Big K, etc) or over-the-top of the line (VERY expensive salons & fashion houses). Something like H&M might work here, especially with our City's main drag Euclid Avenue looking worse than 42nd Street in the `70s.

Then again, I'm just a commoner from the Heartland. What do I know?

  3. Friday's @ SACI -The music is a mix from house to hip-hop. With live acts every week.

Scene- a lot of fashion and entertaiment.

Door policy very strict. Dress to impress and bring more girls than guys. Unless you can prove you are in the fashion industy.

  4. E-rock your email made me lol.

I give you a quick basic lesson on our NYC scene.

B/T- It's a type of crowd, "Bridge and Tunnel" Which means that the type of guest at a B/T event are from the boroughs of NYC, not Manhattan. Thus they must travel on a Bridge or tunnel to go to the club.

In the NYC are we have so many peeps that there are clubs which have parties for each type of scene. So when you here diff. opinions of clubs on this m-board you are getting the from people from different scenes. You hear a lot on this board about Exit, Sound Factory, Twilo ect. However I rarely go to those clubs. It's just not my thing. The clubs that I attend are the fashion/ trendy clubs w/ mostly Manhattan peeps which are rarely talked about on this board.

As far as fashion if you know the right people you can always get to designers clothing for a discount, but otherwise we pay a whole lot of cash and don't even think twice about it. A night out in the for me typically cost me around $175. That's just at the club. Which is a lot of money, but you get what you pay for. Super model women don't leave with a cheap guy.

  5. The party at SACI on Friday is my party. It's a very good time, but it's not Twilo or Exit type of scene. We have many fashion and entertainment industry people who tend to buy bottles not X. Sorry for the late reply
